Visit to Cheung Chau

We visited Cheung Chau (meaning “long island” in Cantonese) yesterday. It’s a popular outlying islands near Hong Kong. Cheung Chau is a picturesque island with a waterfront that bustles with activity. There are butcher shops and vendors selling fresh fish, shellfish, fruit and vegetables. The small local restaurants and food stalls do a brisk trade on weekends.

I enjoyed the walk leading us to the different high points, especially going through one particlucar cave. It’s amazing how God creates nature.

Thanks Jackson and Vivien for bringing us around on our holiday. Was equally glad that one of our student could join us for the trip too.

Time flies…..will be going back to work tomorrow…..at least I caught some shots for memories….
